The (front) shock on my mountain bike lost a screw. I figure I should replace it. The shock's a Manitou SX with "TPC Damping Technology" (nifty, I know). The screw is the little black one at the bottom of the shock that says "Rebound" and has an arrow pointing clockwise. Will anything bad happen? Where do I find one?

No. IIRC it's just a plastic adjuster that presses into a recessed allen bolt, basically a glorified allen wrench. They ejected all the time. If you lost it recently that's probably a record.
