  1. Was wondering if anyone has read any serious
    articles/books/journals regarding this issue. Meaning,
    various foods (like lemon, pine-apple, etc) are 'known' to
    have lypolitic action, thus improve lypolysis and weight
    (fat) loss. Would love to see a complete list of these
    lypolitic substances and hopefully some facts/studies on
    their effect on metabolism.

    Has anyone got more info on the subject ?
