Goggles for Backstroke

Some lenses are even mirrored to aid in light
reflection.

Polarized lenses are unlikely to help you with backstroke
where the sun is above you.

Polarized lenses are unlikely to help you with backstroke
where the sun is above you.

The sun is going to be above you, whether you're wearing
lenses or not, right? They can't hurt.
