  1. Apartment living with hardwood floors and rollers don't mix, or so the girl downstairs who is sick of listening to it says ๐Ÿ˜„

So far, we've got an area rug doubled-over on top of a work-out mat, and it still makes too much noise. We've also tried different types of tires and keeping them inflated as high as possible to reduce the contact patch.

Has anyone run into this before, and if so can you share any other ideas to keep the noise/vibration down? Also, if you know if any brand/type of rollers that are designed to be quiet, please let us know.

Sounds dumb I realize, but my g/f really doesn't want to give up her routine.

As far as rollers go, the Kreitler brand are I believe about as quiet as you'll get. (Which still leaves a lot to be desired).
