    Go Cuzz!

not big, apart from the legs, but you should see the 'race-face'.
He pushed a 42-21 on the Alpine as his smallest gear. scary...

  3. good to see that CF (oldish) Red Trek back on the road too. Mel 'killed' it on the Alpine (Danny rode a 10 yr old Pinarello) as the BB siezed coming back up Tawonga. The best bit of training Danny did/does was when he lost his licence and was commuting from Red Hill to Springvale every day.

  4. oh, yeah. wassupdawg is me (flyingdutch) after-hours
(forgot my password/id one night so just re-registered)

PS where is/was that race held

Glenvale Crescent, Mulgrave. Just off Springvale Rd., near
    Princes Hwy.

Oh, where is "Red Hill"? How far was the "Red Hill - Springvale"
    commute?

    - 3 days 'til I leave to become temporary Eurotrash!

Ouch! Like I said in a possibly vanished post, I'd love to be
able to do that, but I have other interests too and that sort
of commute would basically stop me doing those..

Love to. It all depends on what I find. Do you know the
German and Italian words for "bike shop"?

I'll try and get as much cycling gear as I can carry (which wont
be much as I'm already loaded with camera gear).

    If you believe Babelfish
    (babelfish.altavista.comtr),
    "bicycle shop" is:

    German: Fahrradgeschäft Italian: negozio della
    bicicletta French: magasin de bicyclette
