    I'm looking for a cheap but decent frame to build a second bike. I have alot of the parts sitting around already. I saw that Nashbar has a MTB frame for around $130. Has any one ever seen one or ridden one ? Are they any good?

    Who else makes a decent hardtail frame for around $300 or less?
