I have always exercised 5-6 times a week, fairly hard. With
my RA since it has flared up I am down to only walking
slowly 20-30 minutes 3-4 days, My quesiton is I finally made
lifetime with increasing my exercise, I have now gained 2
pounds since I haven't exercised for a week, and eating a
little less points since I wasn't exercising, does anyone do
the program with minimal exercise and have good luck?>
Thanks Becky

My first 15 pounds were lost with only taking walks several
times a week. I have the best luck with weight loss when I
did not eat any of my AP and keep within my target range.
Maybe drop your points back to what the chart says you
should eat when losing and start your 6 wk maintance i.e.
"tinkering with your points" until you find the right number
for the amount of exercise you are doing now. It will also
help you lose those 2 pounds."Becky" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:hoqdne2RGdg-9PrdRVn-

I exercise not at all formally. I am not proud of this and am sure I would
lose faster if I did. I committed to myself to do nothing while losing that
I couldn't commit to for life. It can be done, it is just slower to lose.
Good luck, Lee
