Too much of anything can be risky, but 250 grams of cocoa
doesn't sound high enough to be a problem. The major risk,
IIRC, is liver damage from a toxic build-up of metabolic
intermediaries from theobromine, but I'm not sure how much
the human liver can process at a time. Young infants don't
handle theobromine well and shouldn't be given lots of
    chocolate.

Dogs have a known problem with theobromine and can be killed
by amounts of chocolate that human beings can eat routinely.
