Some nice tips. I read somewhere that on switchbacks you
should point your inside knee as far out as possible. This
at least helps from whacking the handlebar on your knee, but
it does seem to me to make it easier to do switchbacks.
Maybe its a mental thing. I agree they can be plenty tough,
and often the penalty for failure is quite high.

Cool. I think you should put a transparent background on
the penny.
On switchbacks, I always try to keep my front wheel taking a
nice wide line (as wide as possible). Makes it easier to
keep a smooth roll going.
Nice job.

Excellent stuff. I'll try and remember to put a link in the
FAQ at some point over the weekend
Couple of constructive comments.
Under 'How about some general riding tips?' "These care some
core concepts" should be "these are..."
Is 'target acquisition' the right phrase? I thought it was
'target fixation'.
Perhaps a small description of when the attack position
should be used.

I appreciate the constructive critcism from everyone.
I thought the attack-neutral position is the basis for
everything else?
thanks for typo correction, noted.
can rephrase target aquisition/fixation: you fixate, then
acquire. ;-)
