im really new to mtb racing, i just wanted to know if any of you pros have tips on attempting and scucesfully comlpeting jumps (big and small)...can i stand when i take big jumps...and land standing? also another thing, how do i succesfully perform a wheelie?

You should be standing when taking off and landing on a jump. To wheelie put yourself in a very low, easy pedaling gear. Then go as slow as possible. Get ready then pedal hard as *** and at the same time lift the handlebars. REMEMBER PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!!!
