Hi - not a big runner at all 15 miles a week maybe.
Had to stop running last night - developed pain below left knee about three inches down the front and one inch to the left. Anyone have any idea what that is?
Also, have recently noticed a lump on the inside of my right leg, about knee high. When sitting it is hardly noticeable, but really stands out when standing.
Any familiarity with either of the above symptoms?
Thanks
Bryan

How long have you been running, and at what amounts?

Many years, but even at best 10k was my limit. Had knee injuries (medial meniscus) as gymnast, but that was 30 years ago.
Right now, 4 miles is my limit, maybe three, four times a week. Last night I had just come off a ten day trip with no running - maybe I pushed it?
The lump on inside of left leg about knee high has been there along time - no problem, just have no idea what it is.
Regards,
Bryan
