There's a new web site on the internet. It's maintained and
moderated by WMNF radio of Tampa, Florida, a community
supported, Radio Pacifica affiliate, and founding member of
Free Speech Radio News. The radio station broadcasts on 88.5
FM in Tampa, Florida, and also webcasts from www.wmnf.org.
This site also has station information, from play lists from
current radio shows to pledge drive announcements. The
newsgroup site is www.rootsalliance.org. You have to
register, and all discussion areas are moderated. Current
discussion topics include Animal Rights, Earth Charter,
League of Voters, Holistic Wellbeing, Philosophy &
Spirituality, Current News, Film, Theatre and Dance, Visual
Arts, Critical Times and some Music Forums. Others may be
added. The site is in its early stages, but is already
thriving with several posts. Check it out, feel free to
register, and share your thoughts and insights with like-
minded netizens.
