Hello,
I have just ordered and received my first bottle of Xango.
I thought I would give this stuff a try.
However, I cannot find any directions on how much I am supposed to take?
A teaspoon? Tablespoon? A small glass?
If any of you know, please advise.
Thanks in advance.

From XanGo website........myxango.com faq.asp Open ↗
" What is the daily recommended dose of XanGo?
"Here's the rule of thumb for dosing: if illnesses are already present, three doses a day would be optimal, if possible, before meals. One-to-three oz per dose. For prevention, a single dose a day is plenty but again, the amount can be from one to three oz. Economics are most often the limiting factor in how much per dose. There is no upper limit but I see no real benefit to more than 2oz per dose in most situations."
