  1. Any comments ? Anyone know anything about this ??

    thanks liaM

  2. Yup. I know that 1/4 tsp cinnamon is quite a lot to swallow.

  3. LiaM,

It's been working for me. After two months of about 12 grams
daily (mixed with oatmeal or yogurt) my chol was down 10%
and also my trig. My fasting plasma glucose also dropped.
I'd suggest trying it for a month or two and see what
happens. It helps that I like the taste.

  4. That's very interesting. How did you find out about this ?
Can you point me to finding out more about this ?

Happily I like cinnamon too. The funny thing is that I had
been taking a tibetan pill (mfg in Switzerland) called Padma
23 (the 23 is for the number of ingredients). This is an
ancient remedy which has has several major studies done
about its effects, the main one of which is fostering
capillary vein growth around arterial blockages (e.g. heart
and legs). Quite remarkably, I now have become aware that
the main ingredient must be cinnamon, since that's the
dominant taste and smell of the pill...
