don't mice who exercise a lot need more calories? so, isn't
exercise in conflict with a very low calorie diet?
let's say a normal mouse consumes a pound of cheese per day.
who will live longer?
a sedentary mouse who eats 2/3 pound of cheese per day.
or
an active exerciser mouse who eats 1 pound per day but
really has calorie requirements of 1.5 lbs per day due to
his athleticism
???
should we as humans be exercising or eating less if we want
to live long? the two are very much in conflict.

Just about anything "wears us out". But that's life. Starved
and comatose might make you live longer, but who wants that?
