Actually ten and a half. It took me 74 days to do it, but it
could have been 10 pounds I gained. Has it REALLY been 74
days? It doesn't seem like it. ๐ Thanks again to everyone
on this board. You have encouraged, motivated and inspired
me many times. I am GOING to DO this!!

Yaaaaaaaaay you! Time sure flies when you're having fun,
doesn't it? I remember feeling the same way when I started,
couldn't believe it when the first year rolled by ... I
swore it felt like I had just started eating healthier.
Congrats on surpassing that first 10 pounds, and the
wonderfully positive attitude!joyce

Congrats on your loss. Some of us are just meant to lose
slowly. My leader reminded us today that those that do lose
slowly tend to be more sucessfull than those that lose
quickly. For us, the ww woe really takes hold. It is not a
diet so we tend to make these changes permanently. We are
the ones that are less likely to put back on the weight. So,
slow and steady can be a good thing."LuvDaVols" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
