lightly used and in very good condition. only flaw is that the heads of screws that are used to mount the bracket on the saddle rails are partially stripped. should be ok to install once or twice but if you are going to be moving it around frequently then you'll probably want to pick up some replacements at your local hardwear store. i have also discovered that only one of the 3 screws is required for a secure attachment (this makes installation easier)
