  1. Hello All,

    I'll try to make this short and to the point. I had the local bike
    shop install a new ultegra headset, no problems. But fork would
    not turn freely 360 degrees. Between 135 - 225 degrees, the
    fork would stick and start to grind. I also noticed a hair-line
    fracture along the threads of the fork. (see link to pic)

    Here are my concerns:

    1)What is causing the fork not to rotate freely 360 degrees?
    2)Is my frame or fork bent?
    3)Should I ride on a hair-line fractured threaded fork?
