there but would you know of one that is cleaner looking
and easier to navigate? I just want a list of all the
supplements and what they do.
TIA
No. Most of the other ones are sales sites that will tell
you all sorts of things that may or may not be true. You may
want to checkout medlineplus.govmedlineplus.govOpen ↗ for the specific
health concerns you have, like blood pressure:

And be especially careful with high blood pressure... you
need to find out what is causing the high blood pressure.
While some diuretics are good for blood pressure, some herbs
may cause spurious electrical pulses that could be
detrimental.
My stepmother is from a family with a genetic form of
hypertension... folks in that family did not typically live
through their 40's, where they would then die a nasty
horrible death. This included her father and one of her
brothers. When blood pressure medication came in existence
in the 1950's, they did much better, living way into their
80's and 90's. One of her brothers married a Christian
Scientist and did not take the meds, but did have a non-smoking/non-
alcohol drinking lifestyle --- he lived into his 60's. So
the best non-pharmaceutical thing with blood pressure is to
not smoke, check your weight, moderate exercise --- just a
general healthy lifestyle.
Whatever you do or take, check with your doctor beforehand.
