I have a novel new technology; a one-way-newsfeed.
I can post.
I can read myself and others on google. But nothing's coming down the pipe to me.
Reminds me of the time in the bar at college when we invented a new memory technology; WOM (write only memory). Still haven't come up with the killer app, though.

Sound like the kind of thing that would suit my wife perfectly. On the rare occasion she writes anything down to help her remember she promptly loses it, so effectively it is WOM.

I like it! See, those people from way back in the early 70s did have a sense of humour (well, how else would you explain flares) :-)
There's a few of them around, too. Noise/Smoke Emitting Diodes (single use), chips that require a 6' cooling fan, IBMs "Virtual Universe Operating System" that sort of thing. Silly, in a very geeky fashion.

I had one of those in my old train set transformer when I was a kid. It also had the added feature of the bits helpfully flying at high speed across the room, just so you could see which space the replacement should fit into!
