Looks a bit pohsy? It's a poshy frame. No sense trying to fight the natural state of the machine, Marlon. I'd go with the black/natural/silver scheme, personally. Looks fast. The black/natural/yellow scheme has been around the block in terms of exposure for Colnago.

The only problem I have with the silver job is that it vaguely resembles, at a quick glance, some of the ubiquitous USPS-edition paint schemes employed by Trek.

I'm guessing a Colnago full-carbon frame is really expensive, so is there any chance they'd do a custom paint job on it for you?

Definitely natural carbon/silver. Definitely.

by the way does anyone know why Colnago's have dead straight forks???

But thanks for the reactions so far. I like the silver/carbon indeed, a bit more, but I think it looks also a bit swanky.

Like riding world champion color stuff. Then you need to be good, or you make a total fool of yourself in front of others.

Here's the solution. Get the black/silver one for its neutrality, and strike up a nifty color scheme with coordinating bartape, saddle color, or tire color. That can give you a bit of the funky WC-color blast you're looking for, without locking you into yellow accents.

You can throw a yellow saddle and yellow bar tape on that silver frame and get a similar effect... but cooler... and you can change it all to red next year.

Had the same problem recently agonzing over choosing between two frames . Couldn't decide between the red & white Allez Comp or the black & white. After much deliberation i chose the former because it excites me more, the red looks so vibrant when the sun catches it. Also happens to go rather well with my club colours.

Best thing to do if you can't choose which colour you like best is either buy both of the frames or toss a coin hehe.

Dear boy if you're going to ride a top end Colnago with Campag Record and the full works you better be bloody good otherwise you could look rather foolish...only joking 🙂
