Went in for my annual physical today. My nurse practitioner was impressed! :-) Weight at my last physical in Feb 2003 was 229.75, :today it was 206.25. I like their scales (sorry Fred, scale)! Went in for my annual physical today. My nurse practitioner
was impressed!
:-) Weight at my last physical in Feb 2003 was 229.75,
:today it was
206.25. I like their scales (sorry Fred, scale)! I weighed
on my Tanita before I went in and it said 208.5.

Hey, what do I know. Well, I do know that it sounds good
that you lost what you did in that last year. congrats.
Oh, and I would guess, a 2 pound variation in your home
SCALES and their SCALE is pretty close.

Our nurse practitioner is a sweetheart. You feel like you're
talking to an old friend. I don't even mind the physical
(too much) because she is so nice. Of course, she is
disgustingly skinny! But, she's pregnant, so she won't be
that skinny for while anyway!
