Anyone use an inversion table. I have one but it came with
no directions and am wondering what exactly to do. Mine
doesn't seem to have a lock allowing the ability to stay in
a totally vertical position (to allow sit ups, etc...)

ours has a strap that you can secure your position close to
vertical, but we rarely use that. you can control the amount
of inversion just by raising or lowering your arms. it's
pretty uncomfortable to stay inverted for long (as in
headaches), and i'd recommend building up your total
