    Have you made this one yet? It sounds interesting... I have 2 bags of frozen rhubarb but had
    originally socked them away with the intent of making Strawberry-Rhubarb pie.

    Hmmmmmmm. Thank you. Ummm, maybe I'll wait until Leah posts her thoughts about it. Rick's on a
    modified Atkins diet so it'll be a little while before I do any real baking anyway... but then
    again, maybe when I do, I'll do one of the above and a strawberry-rhubarb pie. Thanks for the
