Rehab yes, train no. Concentrate on complete recovery which may take a few weeks. Don't get fooled
into thinking you are recovered when the discomfort subsides, that's just the major tears starting
to heal. On the third week see if you can get a nice slow 8-10 mile run and then then little to
nothing the week before. If the 8-10 is really difficult then you have not recovered to a basic
level and may have to can the race. If you recover and start out nice and slow you may find the
second thon better than the first. Consider CT your last long run plus a little.

Sure, but what others do is not important as we all have different recovery rates based on strength
    and experience.

Cute outfit but leave it home for the next. When you wear somthing that draws visual attention you
get lots of encouragement when all goes well. When you have a bad day and have to walk, the people
on the sidelines will provide direct insults. And never your name - nothing worse than hearing "Yo
plodzilla, you suck" - you know they are talking about you.

Take it easy this week and allow yourself to recover. Sunday the 7th do an easy 10-12 miler. The
following week do something like an 18 miler. And the following week 10-12 again. On the long runs
don't push yourself. Since your body is recovering what was an easy pace before the marathon won't
be as easy. And don't run a full training week. Cut out a day and run 4 days a week. Let your body
recover! Pretend the marathon was a training run and continue using with alternating weeks of long
run short run. That worked for me a bunch of years ago when I did 2 marathons in 4 weeks.
