Just paid a brief visit to rec.food.recipes and found the following: "New Mexican Spam Soup" (No, I'm not going to give it here. If it appeals to you, look it up yourself.) "Eggplant Balls" (To paraphrase Robin Williams in "Good Morning, Viet Nam," I didn't know eggplant had balls. Nice to be back. Felice
