I am in the process of gathering some information regarding the average speeds of training rides amongst the Melbourne cycling fraternity (is that the right word?)... If anyone has any to post it would be great to read them... perhaps if you could post the ride name (eg. Hell Ride) then the day (Saturday 7 Feb) and then the ave speed that would be pretty cool.. thanks..!

put that in perspective, at one point I would've been climbing at just under 10kph and at another
point we were travelling just under 80kph! (so average speed might not be too useful for ya)hippy
