  1. I RECENTLY STARTED USING ROLLERS AND WONDERED IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW MUCH MORE EFFORT YOU HAVE TO PUT IN TO GO A CERTAIN DISTANCE ON ROLLERS COMPARED TO RIDING ON THE ROAD?

    1. Hit your Caps Lock key! 😉

    2. Do you have a resistence unit on your rollers? Whether you do or not, rollers, IMO, are more about technique and any distance you see is not going to be very "comparable". When I train indoors, I use a HRM and go by time vs. heart rate/effort, and not any kind of distance.

The only thing I might use a cyclocomputer for indoors is cadence.
