I've recently released a Windows-based training log called "StrideWare" that you might find useful.
You can download a free, fully functional, 45-day trial version from the website
(www.StrideWare.com).The current version lacks import/export features, but I will be adding the ability to import/export
Excel files soon.strideware.comstrideware.comOpen ↗ StrideWare - Software for Runners and Walkers

Runners dropping logs in people's yards (mine) during the River Bank Run, is the reason they had to
change the course configuration. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had even coverage, but I got
tired of the lush green spots in my lawn. -

davidhays.netdavidhays.netOpen ↗ and thinnmann.comthinnmann.comOpen ↗ are a couple that I have used.
I prefer David's entry method for time and the graphs are more comprehensive (tracks type of run:
interval, recovery, easy, race, tempo). Both track your shoe mileage and graph weekly/monthly
mileage. If only I could get it to Hotsync with the Runner's Log program on my PDA!Mike
