What is the maximum number of exercise points are you allowed to use? For example, today I
calculated that I earned five, but it seems I read somewhere that you can't count more than 2, or is
it 4? Any ideas?

I canNOT answer the question (but why does 'answer' have a 'W' in it?
(G))
I do think you were at one time only allowed to bank a certain number of exercise points.
But I know when I earn my 13 points or more, that I am not going to worry about what WW may say.
If I need the food and the energy then I will eat more points but I do try not eating all of
those points.

Hi Meg,
You can eat as many as you earn, but they must be eating on the day you earn them. The online
tracker automatically takes off the exercise points BEFORE the Flex points with no upper limit.
They've allowed me as many as 10 in a day before this.

In the booklet about Activity points it reads;
"Don't over do it. Being overactive just to eat more is not healthy. Limit the POINTS value of your
activity to no more than an average of 4 per day. If you're ready to earn more, consult with an
exercise physiologist or certified personal trainer to help prevent injury."
So while it does not explictly limit you to 4 POINTS per day, it does caution you about overdoing
it. In another area of the booklet it warns people that have 30 or more pounds to lose should not
exercise at the high intensity with out consulting with a doctor or exercise specialist. Again, this
is to prevent you from overdoing it.
So listen to your body before earning too many points or you may end up hurting yourself.

Which book is this from? Is it from the flex points? Since I think under
the last system you couldn't earn more than 4 exercise points a day but they
loosened it up for flex points.

Yes. This is from the new Flex points literature. I think they loosen it up because they figured you
could only eat so much AP in a day. Remember you can no longer bank the points like you could before
so you might only end up eating 4 AP points.
