  1. Does anyone know of a points calculator for the pocketpc?

  2. No, but I did take the real formula and put it in a spreadsheet. I just enter the relevant numbers
and voila! A quick search on Google for this group and "points formula" should give you the info you
    need to get started.

  3. Julie, I found a program called wwcalc It keeps track of daily points, and includes point calculator
... The unfortunate thing is I've had it for so long I don't remember where I got it! Perhaps if you
search for it in Google, it will come up.

  4. wwcalc can not be downloaded from the internet anylonger. It can only be obtained if you join the
wwcalc-for-palm Yahoo group here: health.groups.yahoo.comwwcalc for palm. You may be
able to get the zip file and instructions stored in their "Files" section without joining but I
can't remember. If you join the group they will e-mail you the files that you need.

  5. When I had a Palm I used WWCalc (and I credit it in a large part to my weight loss - I actually
enjoyed journalling!). Unfortunately it doesn't work with the Pocket PC, which is why I resorted to
an Excel spreadsheet for my journal when I switched.

  6. I got a Palm for xmas this year with the idea of journaling on it in mind. I can't seem to get the
hang of it so I have stuck with my spreadsheet. It also has the journals all the way back to last
summer for reference. This helps when I need to check on the points for something.
