    Its that time of the year and intrest is in open water swimming.

    Here are two pages on caps for open and cold water swims and surfers/kayakers

    A swim cap can keep you warm as most head leaves thru your head . Many people can swim in fairly
    cold water like California's San Francisco Bay (Temp in the 50's) without having to need a wetsuit.
