  1. I'd appreciate your helping me to understand which of the three drugs, that I'm taking since
december, could be responsible of my stomach ache: --Cardioaspirin, 100 mg once daily, right after
lunch --Sotalol, 80 mg twice daily, right after breakfast and dinner --Almarytm/Flecainide, 100 mg
    twice daily, together with Sotalol.

The ache occurs every two-three days, as episodes beginning generally at an hour between 6 pm - 11
pm and lasting three to four hours.

I would obviously suspect the aspirin but if this is the case I cannot understand how come the ache
begins after as many as six to eleven hours from my taking the aspirin.

Let me add that I swallow each dosage with a glassful of water. And that the stomach ache, though
painful, is not really acute. I sometimes handle the pain with Maalox, which is rather quickly
    effective.

By the way, would you suggest me to try a different dosage timing, for any of those three drugs?

    Thank you in advance

This may not be drug related. It sounds like it could be simple acid reflux. I suggest you see your
    primary care physician.

It could still be the aspirin. Would suggest you ask your doctor about trying a different anti-
platelet agent for a few weeks to see.
