It's been slower than a very, very slow thing for weeks here and at work.

Seems fine from here. I browse the news pages everyday and haven't found them at all sluggish
lately. Just had a bit of a plow through the radio and tv stuff too and no problems there either.

I use it at work for streaming radio without problems and just tried it on your behalf successfully
    at home, both broadband.

It's ok for me now but it was completely unobtainable for a while on Wednesday evening for me and
for a relative of mine who uses a different ISP.

Yep, streaming audio works fine, even all the way to Oz. Good news about the pole barn eh? :-)

As a (sadly lapsed) member of the Eddie Grundy Fan Club, I can't but agree - but other than that I
think The Everyday Story of Rural Drug Problems is going through one of its occasional poor patches.
I'm even thinking of joining (or if necessary forming) the Matt Crawford Appreciation Society. ;-)

Hmmm. Does the Snell standard mean your plastic hat can withstand being patronised for a given
    period of time?

I saw a shirt at York with "Dum Di Dum Di Dum Di Dum" on it - private smiles were exchanged between
the owner and other Initiates ;-)

That's right, side with the nasty developer who is plotting to concrete over Ambridge and make it
into an out of town shopping centre for Borchester! Honestly, what is the world coming to! :-O

If only the pro-helmet lobby would conform to the Snell standard of debate, e.g.: Well! <snif> I
see! <snif> If that's your attitude, there's really no point in continuing this discussion, is
    there? <snif> Good day!

I was wondering about Nigel myself recently - the last I heard, ages ago, was his getting a cycle
helmet instead of a riding helmet, and wishing for a cycle path after a near miss with a lorry. So
    no controversy there, then...
