  1. Ok, maybe this is a hot newsflash only for me, but for the first time in years, I saw (at my local
    runners shop) Spenco selling a full length Sorbathane running shoe insole. I kinda think Sorbathane
    gel insoles are indestructable, so I didn't purchase new ones, but I was pleased to see that should
    I need to replace my very old but good ones, it is available once again.

    I have an old black pair that must be 25 years old. I think I used them a single time. They are just
    too heavy. Now that I'm older and slower I might just give them another try. Comfort means more than
    speed at this point.

    Max, At your age it's pretty amazing you can run at all, nevermind just slowing down....
