  1. Tough week this week. hosted a small Superbowl party (Go Patriots!) an let go a little, ok alot.

I have a football banquet for my 211 year old tonight, great restaurant that serves family style
until you explode, just what I need.

I won't be weighing in this week (ah, the perks of lifetime) but need to buckle down next week to
drop back to my lifetime weight.

what I really need to do is start exercising. The weather her has been unbeleivable and we have a
snow/rain/ice storm predicted from now until tomorrow. I really need to dig out my treadmill.

That's all for now. Everyone keep on fighting the good fight.

  2. Hmm, you should call the enquirer about that 211 year old whatever it is 🙂.
Hang in there, don't go crazy at the banquet, it is harder to get off than
on, as you know. (I am having some recent experience with this 🙂 )

  3. Two parties in one week is tough to take!! But you can do it!! Get out that treadmill and walk. I
think you deserve it after parenting a 211 year old ;-). Good luck!!

  4. We are all fighting the good fight!

I've been making Valentine's gift baskets at work as promotional giveaways for our business
partners...I'd like to say I've done a nice job of them too!

But I think I ate a whole bag of Hershey Kisses yesterday. I felt sick
    - literally and mentally. I've been doing so well lately.

I'm going to deal with today and forget all about what I did earlier in the week. We should all do
it. Screw guilt! I'm gonna consider that my FlexPoint binge and move on. Hopefully, I'll just
maintain this week as a result.

    Keep up the good work!

  5. I think this is why the flex points is working so well for people. If we
need the extra points we don't feel so guilty as to give up.
