I decided to use the weight on my new scale as my official weigh in on the WW site. This put me back up to 22 points per day, which I think is a good thing. I have been irritable and grumpy and had a headache since I dropped down the points a couple of weeks ago. So, I can eat a bit more and avoid some grief, and still lose weight. Like I said before, it's not technically a gain, but a readjustment to a more accurate measurement. Plus, now I can have that cookie.... ;-)
I have never been irritible, grumpy or got headaches when I dropped points, so it does sound like you might have dropped them too soon - mind you I have been annoyed at having to give up those points ;-D Elaine

When you first posted that your new scale required a 5 lb adjustment UP, I wondered about it changing your daily target points and whether you'd go there or not. I thought about mentioning it but couldn't decide if the 2 extra points on top of seeing the added 5 lbs would've been adding insult to injury! I see now that the extra points are the compensation for the scale adjustment. Talk about finding the silver lining... <G>

make sure it is giving you the right points, it always tries to make mine two higher than they should be when I first enter the new weight. I have to resubmit it to make it be the right points, Lee frood <[email hidden]> wrote in message "]news:[email hidden]...

Enjoy the points but eventually they will drop because WW does work! (G)

I always had to eat all my activity points and pretty much everything else allowed to me in order to NOT be irritable grumpy and headachy, after I got off the first 150 or so pounds. I lost like that too. Just more like a pound a week, instead of more. I think the cool thing about flex is it sort of automatically takes into account metabolism differences, so if a person needs more food it is an option. I am very surprised of late, putting what I eat carefully into diet powers program, because I am eating around 2000 calories and losing. The gains I have had are when I throw in a few 2500 calorie days in a row.

Diet power is a "for sale" program that you get online, or can have a disk mailed. I really like it, if I post what I eat for a few weeks it calculates my metabolism based on my daily weights and what I ate and my exercise. It lets me put recipes in and several other handy things. I think it is at dietpower.comdietpower.comOpen ↗

I was very interested in this also, Lesanne ... am wondering ... is it *better* to download the trial and purchase a key - or just order the entire package at once? I tend to switch computers, reformat, etc. and don't want to have to go through repurchasing or the hassle of trying to aquire another unlock code. Like Bird, I have given up on weightcommander and won't highly recommend it any longer. I can't get it reloaded on my new computer, have sent emails to the owner along with his original emails proving bill of sale and original key - yet he refuses to issue another key unless I pay for the program again. <sigh> So, any info on this end that you may have would be appreciated.
Also, does it provide any information as to weight tracking? Such as either graphing, trends or ability to easily look back on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to be able to view progression? I've looked at the website but they don't even give screenshots of the program. It does sound interesting, just curious how all-encompassing it is.
