My father lives in Africa is sufering from diabetes. Now he has developed an eye problem. Can anyone
tell me where diabetic center is found in Nigeria or the best place to get this information?. What
can I do to help him out in his condition. Is there any equipment he can use to keep under control
this eye problem? Thnx
