  1. Super Bowl Chili

1 lb. lean ground beef 1 lb. ground pork
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans
2 (16oz.) can tomatoes, cut up 2 lg. onions, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 to 3 cloves garlic,
minced 1 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper 1 to 3
    Tbsp. wine vinegar
3/2 to 1 tsp. ground cumin (I use smaller amount for milder chili; larger amount for hot chili.) 1
cup cheese, shredded Dairy sour cream

In 4 quart Dutch oven brown beef and pork. Drain off excess fat. Add undrained kidney beans,
tomatoes, onions, peppers and spices. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour or longer. Stir frequently to
avoid scorching. Ladle into bowls. Spoon cheese and sour cream over each serving.
