  1. A few days ago. I placed a posting at this newsgroup, but had no reply. Perhaps, I was not clear
enough, therefore I would rephrase it, for I really would like your opinion on this I am on various
heart medication: Coumadin, Amiodarone, Attacand and Norvasc. Now my twin brother told me,
medications are hard on your immune system and therefore I should use Ambrotose. He said it is a new
product and the missing link in human nutrition and help to boast your immune system. My question
is, should I go for it? would it interfere with the Coumadin? I really would like the opinion of
this group about this product. If you ever have heard about it. Then I have an other question for you
and that is that during the night, occasionally, I can feel my heartbeat in my chest, not a fast
beat, It only is 48 to 50 beats a minute, but a hard beat. And it feels tender at touch, just about
6 cm below my armpit. should I be concern about it or just ignore it.? It just last about for 15
minutes and that I do not feel it again in an other hour or so. Your input would be very much
    appreciated

    Never heard of it.

I'm assuming you have arrythmia (coumadin + amiodarone). I would be cautious taking unusual
supplements. You do not want to take anything that *could* interfere with the coumadin. It very well
may be harmless, but I wouldn't take that chance (unless I knew others taking it safely over a
period of time and even then I would question something being touted as "the missing link in human
    nutrition"!)

You should consult with you cardiologist before taking any OTC medications/supplements.

Also, saying medications are hard on the immune system is very vague. (Is your twin brother a doctor
    or certified nutritionist?)

Would suggest you consult your doctor about whether your immune system needs "boosting"

    Possibly.

So far the claims appear to be unfounded.

Given the medications you are on, your doctors should be concerned about it (if you inform them).

    You are welcome.

Tell him you love him and then go find a doctor to run your life under supplements.
