  1. Hi! Did you know that Lean Cuisine now puts the points value on the box? Also, they are "buy one get
one free" at Safeway this week. The chicken curry with mango is really good and only 5 points. Julie

  2. Thanks for letting us know, Julie. Elaine KJ

  3. I discovered the points listed on ours last spring. Could it be that the ones in Canada have just
been updated to match those in the USA?

Our stores alternate between having the Smart ones and Lean Cuisine on sale. Can't go wrong with
either brand. I did have to make sure that I picked ones that had more protein than rice or pasta or
    I was hungry by 3pm.

  4. Yes but you have to be careful, something I ate from Lean Cuisine last week registered 1 point on
the box less than the actual point value.

  5. Our leader and a couple of members warned to always figure the points the
first time you eat them as they are not as accurate as they could be, we
rarely eat TV dinners but keep them for emergencies and long days like
today, I actually had the banquet "turkey, mostly white meat" for six points
    tonight, Lee

I wouldn't worry. I've lost a ton on WW and can tell you that it's not an exact science. I hope I
    made a good point... DZ

  7. the healthy choice is also an excellent brand and right now my personal
favorite, is michealina's 4 cheese lasagna for only points, it is big and
    tastes great, Lee

  8. I would tend to agree with you. A bit of flexibility and an odd calculation up or down will not
generally totally kill the WW program and one's weightloss. I imagine there might be some folks
who are more sensitive to total intake and it might make a difference in their case. Or maybe when
one does not have much to lose and is already close to goal the point or half point might make
some difference???? But clearly, with Weight Ranges set 25 pounds apart, there has to be some
    degree of latitude.

  9. the only thing is for me if I eat too few points I don't lose, my metabolism
is so screwed up that it is pretty important and they can also be more
points than stated as well, Lee

  10. The pasta & cheese ones were the only ones that I found satified me. The lasagna was one of my
    favorites too.

  11. I ate Lean Cuisine for a while but they're pretty boring...try the President's Choice Too Good To
Be True frozen dinners... they are tasty and 4 or 5 points each. (At Superstore) All the PC TGTBT
    food is great!

We miss out on alot of food the Americans get, but at least we've got this!
