If I have UK recipes, with UK points, does this mean they won't work with a US orientated plan, and
vice versa? Thanks again.

From what I understand they base the FINAL POINTS of any particular food item on different
nutritional values in the US v. UK. But each plan works. I just would not use UK food values for the
US total points allowed per day or visa versa. You would need to know the UK total points per day.Fludge said:

recalculating a few on the US system and see: if the points work out much the same, just use
as they are.
