8km Race

  1. I have an 8km race in exactly 7 hours and it looks like it will be a nice balmy -20C (-4F) with a
    reasonable windchill of some sort on top, I'm sure.

    To add to this, the humidy level is to be 100%. That's what will make it extra bitter.

    Will I survive this nasty ordeal? Stay tuned.

    Run as fast as you can and it will be over with sooner. :-)
