  1. Today I was following some [censored] with no lights. It was dark and raining. I hooted, flashed and
    shouted, but he paid no attention at all (although he was wandering all over the road).

    Then I realised: since he was driving a Mercedes, the pleb-filter in the window glass would have
    prevented him seeing me on my bike, even lit up like I was. Ah well...

    You should have just slowly come to a stop somewhere where he couldn't overtake. I find this usually
    works for attracting their attention.

    Oh, so at least 1W of lights from his cell phone up on his ear and probably street lights
    too weren't enough? Any able bodied human would have seen the mercedes in these conditions.

    There's a difference between seeing a Mercedes and seeing _that_ it's a Mercedes.
