Hi all, Just before I have to pass on my Merrill shoes I thought I should give them one last chance.
Basically, they cut the backs of my heal quite severely. I've tried heal grips and taking out the
elastic and replacing the elastic but to no avail. Does anyone know where/if I can get complete heal
inlay? Or some other way of stopping this cutting? Many thanks IG
