  1. what's the diff between insoluble and soluble fiber? and which one, if any, is better?

    thanks

  2. Soluble act like "brooms." Lowers cholesterol, reduces heart attact risk, improves blood sugar,
lowers blood pressure, promotes growth of microflora.

Insoluble act like "sponges." Improves digestion, improves elimination of toxins, promotes
    regularity, contributes to bowel cleansing.

BOTH are important! Get 25-35g a day. A supplement might help.
