I have just bought a George Foreman all round roaster & I also have a microwave. My concern is making sure that food is cooked but not overcooked to this end I have bought a digital food thermonitor of professional standard.
Can any one tell me if there is a site that gives cooking temperatures or is the temperature for say a joint of pork would be the same as for a pork chop i.e. around 77 c.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just follow the guidelines in the instruction book that comes with the George Foreman grill and you'll be fine.
