Only if it's an aluminum frame. The aluminum molecules will migrate to the end closest to the floor
making that end of the frame ride even more harshly than a typical aluminum frame. If it's steel the
molecular migration effect is greatly reduced by the earth's magnetic field, steel being a ferrous
material. On a titanium frame you should put the rear of the frame down. As the rear triangle
stiffens through molecular migration you should notice significantly improved snap in a sprint.

Oh, wait... I forgot my meds this morning! I meant to say no, storing the bike vertically will
not harm it.

No, just don't put anything on top of he box or drop the box on the fork end of the bike. Either of
those could damage the fork or front end, though even that chance is still pretty small.

No. I store my mountain bike standing on its rear wheel, wedged between a tool cabinet and the
garage wall. There aren't any liquids to pour out on a bike, unless it's an ancient roadster with
oil holes in all the bearings ;-)

Almost certainly not. The worst that could happen is an easily fixed pinch flat, and even that's
