    If we assume that each of these activities is done at a high intensity and for extended periods of time, which one would put the most strain on the cardiovascular system, and would that strain outweigh the benefits of the activity, potentially leading to negative consequences such as cardiac fatigue, decreased aerobic capacity, or even cardiac arrhythmias?

    Furthermore, how do the different movement patterns and muscle groups used in each activity affect the cardiovascular system, and could it be that one activity is more likely to cause an imbalance in the bodys physiological responses, leading to decreased cardiovascular health over time?

    For example, does the repetitive impact of running lead to increased inflammation and oxidative stress, which could outweigh the cardiovascular benefits of the activity, or does the low-impact nature of cycling and swimming make them safer choices for cardiovascular health, even when done excessively?
