    I don't know that it is. i could not find any provision to filter out spam or to set the X-No-
    Archive or even mask my reply address from bots harvesting news groups for addresses. Agent is
    also free.

    Settings > Scoring and Actions Definitely more powerful and flexible than the filtering in
    Agent. Have set up a filter that is picking up the college posters here based on the NNTP-Posting-
    Host header.

    Seems to work fine to me. Also allows multiple identites if you want.

    You could always try Gravity - that's another one that's free these days. Typically, it became
    freeware just after I'd bought a licence

    I think this means that a such a bug could exist, not that it does exist.
